This project required the completion of interrelated and simultaneous tasks. We concurrently prepared the Operating Procedures Manual, conducted audits of grantees, designed standardized accounting reports, designed and delivered training, and performed an instrumental role in the successful implementatino of a new Grants monitoring system. We provide guidance on quarterly reporting requirements, invoice/reimbursement review, project time-line extension requests, and project clsoe-out (including final program reports and final financial reoports).
