Since 2003 we have provided grants management assistance to HRSA. Our personnel assistant HRSA in determining whether grantees have the capability to appropriately manage HRSA grant funds. Our personnel provided assistance to HRSA program managers in developing information to support funding authorization decisions and funding conditions imposed on grantees.
